Group visits to Tolhouse Gaol

There is a discounted rate available for pre-booked groups of 10 people or more.

Payment

Pay on the day of the visit by cash, credit card or cheque made payable to 'Norfolk County Council'. Group organisers should pay for all individuals in the group and liaise with reception staff on arrival.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking, you will need to give us 14 days' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Travel and parking

There are several well signposted car parks near to the museum.

Access

There are a lot of steps and uneven floor surfaces throughout the building and no lift, making the building inaccessible to visitors in wheelchairs. There is no wheelchair accessible toilet in the building.

Refreshments

There is no café on site but the museum is well situated for a range of excellent cafés and restaurants in Great Yarmouth, including the cafe at Time and Tide.
